The Chickens are Coming!

I got the call this morning that our chicks from My Pet Chicken are on the way! We should be receiving them sometime tomorrow.

They did have to substitute a Welsummer (photo below) for the Wyandotte, but that's okay.

I am so excited about these cute new additions!

    I too have had the fun of getting the call from the post office to pick up my chicks. Something your readers who live in the east might be interested in is the Mid-Atlantic Small Flock Poultry Expo hosted by the University of Maryland on Feb 4, 2012.
